Q. If I have a one-time project, will it be given the same importance as a long term client?

A. Absolutely. We do not differentiate between the final output that our clients get, based on the length of our work relationship with them. All our clients get a dedicated resource depending on the industry they deal in.

Q. Do you have varied pricing for short term and long term alliances?

A. Yes. The shorter the alliance, the higher the prices are. The maximum length of a contract is 1 year as we revise our prices every year. If you select a 1 year contract, you will receive the best prices that last the longest. When the contract comes up for renewal, the new rates will be applicable. For clients of course, we always leave a scope for negotiation.

Q. What file formats do you use?

A. All our work is done on Microsoft Technologies. We use Microsoft Office 2007 and send all documents as a PDF. On special requests, we would convert it to the required file formats and send it to you.

Q. Who owns the intellectual property once you do the work?

A. For a one-time project, once the final payment is made, we hand over all the documents to you. We do not keep a copy with us unless a client wants us to keep a copy. In case of longer contractual projects, we keep a copy of all the files with us and once the contract ends, we hand over all the documentation from our end.

Q. How reliable is your content? What are your sources?

A. In case you give us the basic research matter, we use that. But in most cases, our sources are the Internet and books.
