Clients often come up with the weirdest requests – “I want a review on my latest nail clipper”. And worse still, you happen to know a reporter who’s job probably depends on him getting a tide turning story on “nail clippers”. Well, it seems like you were just born lucky. We will write an entire review on the product without you having to lift a finger. Well you will have to lift a finger to receive the email and forward it to the journalist, so it’s not like you won’t work on it.
What we do is, we place the product in the centre of table in our “Thought Room” and have the team sit around it and brainstorm. We make a note of everything about the product, from the colour, shine (for various light angles), utility, sound and any other feature that the product may possess. Then, we compile all the information on a single block and let the team chip away at it, making a story out of each piece that falls. So what you get is a book on the “latest technology in clipping nails”.
